Litigation services are deployed to support work on the right to health, includingreproductive health services and general access issues affecting key populations. Litigationchallenges restrictive laws, criminal laws and policies that hinder access to health servicesand meaningful enjoyment of the right to health. All legal work is provided pro bono,including litigating such issues as competition, essential drugs/medicines and regulations.Our litigation seeks to promote equity and quality services, including access to justice forpatients whenever their interests and needs are harmed by service providers.
